Please read the following Terms of Use carefully before using this website (shambhalanursery.com.au). By accessing and using this website you agree to these terms of use. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Terms and Conditions are liable to change without notice. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with Australian Law. 

We welcome your feedback and any suggestions on how we could improve this website for ease of use. 

About Us:

We are a cold climate nursery based in Goulburn NSW.  Plants available to order via the website are all tubestock plants in pots ranging from 42mm to 50mm. Larger and more advanced plants are available but are not listed on the website. Please contact us or visit the nursery to find out availability of larger stock items. Our landscape plants are exposed to the elements to acclimatise and where we do not grow ourselves we source our plants from other cold climate nurseries with proven genetics of successful survival in our often harsh growing environment.

Visits to the Nursery:

From May to August we operate as an Appointment Only Nursery – please contact via phone on 1800 966 222 or Mob: 0458 49 49 23 or via email – shambhalanursery@hotmail.com or via the website to make an appointment time.

Stock Availability:

Stock availability may vary from season to season. If an item is marked ‘Out of Stock’ please enquire through the website or give us a call as to when it may be available again. 

Due to plants being living products and have natural variations, we aim to ensure that photographs are representative of the plants available. Plants may grow to a different height as indicated depending on positioning, climate, general weather conditions, soil type, fertilising and care. Images of mature plants are as a guide only. We endeavour to make sure that plants listed are currently in stock and that the pricing is true and correct. The plants listed on this website are subject to availability and seasonal fluctuations and may be withdrawn at any time.

We are committed to providing exceptional customer service. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Placing Your Order:

It is preferred that all orders be placed through the website – this helps us keep on top of our inventory. Stock allocation is prioritised to fully paid orders at the time of ordering through the website. Fully paid orders will take priority over eftpos or cash at pick up. Alternatively, a manual order form is available on the Home Page.

Payment:

Payment can be made by:

  Please use your name or Tax Invoice Reference as payment reference.

· Eftpos/cash on pick up.

For orders that are payment on pick up we require that your order is picked up within 24 hours of notification that it is ready. If you are unable to pick up within 24 hours please contact us to make special arrangements. If we are not advised of special arrangements and your order has not been paid for then the ordered items will be returned to stock and your order cancelled. Stock allocation is prioritised to orders that are paid in full at the time of ordering. Generally you will be notified 24 - 48 hours that your order is ready for collection.

Shipping:

We charge a flat rate of $17 for shipping. We ship to Victoria, ACT, New South Wales and Queensland only. We do not ship to South Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory of Western Australia due to Biosecurity restrictions. 

We can post to your address, business address or to a P.O. Box.

We only post out on Mondays so that your order has the best chance to reach you within that week. all orders are sent via Australia Post. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for your order to be sent from the time you order. Postage dates may vary due to Public Holidays but you will be advised if there will be a delay. Tracking details will be sent to you when your order has been shipped. 

Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery details for your order. We are not able to be responsible if an order has been sent to an incorrect address if correct details were not accurate.

This website may from time to time contain links to other sites on the internet that are owned and operated by a third party. By using this website you acknowledge that Shambhala Nursery is not responsible for the availability or the content on any External Site. 

Email List:

As a customer of Shambhala Nursery you are automatically added to our email list. You are able to unsubscribe from this list at any time if you wish.

Refund Policy:

Please advise us within 24 hours of picking up or having your order delivered that there is an issue with the plants supplied. Please choose carefully - we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. We do not refund on plants that have already been potted on or planted in the ground. 

If your order is not correct or arrives in a poor condition please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Photo's will need to be sent through in order for us to deal with the issue. Please contact via phone or email. If the order is incorrect you have the option to be refunded or to have the correct plants resent at no charge. If you have ordered incorrectly we are unable to refund on incorrect choice.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement and understanding of the parties and supersedes any previous agreement between the parties.
